Great workout in a short spell
I have always hated running and am still not a fan but this workout is great for people like me who dont enjoy running. It combines walking and running and the run is for short periods of time. That makes it possible for me to do it. Even though its for 35 minutes I come out of the gym drenched and my heart rate is up++ which is good because thats whats needed to exercise the heart muscles. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight without suffering too much in the gym
