Its fun and easy to use but the ads for you to buy the premium are annoying.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app! I am not a runner, but really wanted to start and needed something to motivate me. The app has just the right amount of walking/running each time to push me, but not so much that I want to quit. I am in week 6 and never thought that I would be able to run as much as I am now. I also really like the music options and find the cost is definitely worth it to keep me motivated. If you are a beginner and need some help, this will work!

This is nothing but false advertising, and I fully intend to report them to the BBB. They offered a choice of $9.99 for one month, OR a value deal at $3.33 a month for one year. I selected the $3.33 a month for one year, and the assholes charged me the entire $39.99 all at once. Thats false advertising. Buyer beware, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

So. I really do like this app. HOWEVER, I do not like that I cant just have the gps setting to "while using". There is no option for that. Its either always or never. So I have to turn it on before each run. So very annoying. So, can yall fix this please?

The runs are great but the app crashes and does not log activity . They dont seem to care about fixing the issues

I want my 10 dollars back. They obviously make it difficult to cancel your subscription. I had to jump through hoops to actually cancel

The app is glitchy especially with the music. And the pop up ads are TERRIBLE. But I keep using this app because I like the interval training i havent found elsewhere.

Awesome system to help people that arent not in shape, to start running improving their health and appearance

In 2 seconds in abandoned this app due to the incessant pop up ads to upgrade. Every second! Just dont make it free to download if youre going to barrage users with purchasing.

Great motivation. Im a beginner runner and this app had kept me motivated. Love it!

Just started using this app and I like the music and coaching it provides. I dont need a lot of coaching but its nice to have this option. I like the music and have no issues downloading prior to a workout. The songs blend and keep me from slowing down so I can stay on track with my workout. It is kind of pricey but my other music is driving me crazy.

I am loving this application, love the pace and the music. I also like that you can choose different coaches! Depends on how you feel. So far I am happy with the purchase

I hear some "new" songs and would like to download but I cant find a way to look at the playlist after the fact. It plays a lot of great music!!

I like the music tempo changes and the music is great. Love the workout plans, but the voice cues dont come through when my phone screen goes to sleep even though the music does. I need to know what Im supposed to be doing without having to stop to open my screen.

I hate to run, but this app makes it fun and easy. Its very easy to have the tempo of the music change with the workout, you just have to agree to download each music mix. The music mixes are great. I was getting bored with the mixes I made on Spotify, but with this app its easy to find good mixes and each song cross faded into the next so there arent any weird lulls in the workout. Great app!

Im only on day 2 but Im enjoying it so far. Im not a runner and Im out of shape but Im able to run for the times it gives at a joggers pace. I havent tried the music yet since I am on a treadmill and have a tv. Great for beginners.

First, Im a firm believer in this interval training program. However, Im having a critical issue with the audio thats enough to keep me from upgrading. The app will lower the volume of my music, sometimes for voice cues/updates, other times for no reason at all, and wont return the volume to normal levels until the next voice cue. Its a seemingly small issue, but one thats obtrusive enough to keep me from buying.

Ive been looking for an app that would guide me through interval runs and this is the app! Coaches you through the run and has pre set music mixes for running that change tempo with your run pace. Definitely with the app monthly cost.
