Decent Running App

Well thought out and good training programs and maybe even slightly aggressive progression depending on your age and fitness level. Two minor complaints would be to reduce the warmup and cool down periods or not include them as part of the main program and the pop-up ads are a little annoying but I know they are just trying to generate revenue.
